shipping policy

Where do we ship?

Our goal is to provide quick shipping at a reasonable rate. We currently ship within Canada, the US, and Europe. Occasionally, some brands may not allow us to ship items outside of Canada, and these will be reflected in the checkout process.

We use Canada Post, by default, for all of our shipments. You can select your service level at check out. If you require a different carrier, please email hello@capra.run and we can make special arrangements. We try to minimize our waste footprint, and default to minimal packing material use whenever safe (and possible).

Any shipments refused from Capra are still responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any duty, taxes, and customs fees. The amount will be subtracted from your product refund.

Rates as calculated at checkout through Canada Post
Expected delivery time of your order
Provided all items are in stock, your order will ship within one business day, excluding weekends and holidays. With Standard Delivery, your order should arrive at your door within 3-9 business days. Orders shipping via XpressPost should arrive at your door in 2-3 business days. Shipping windows are estimates and delivery times are not guaranteed, as orders may experience unexpected delays. Please allow extra time if there is significant bad weather, or for deliveries to remote markets. That said, we will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

At checkout, a phone number is required for the destination shipping address, so our carrier is able contact you if required. Delivery is only available Monday through Friday, not including federal and provincial statutory holidays.

How are sales taxes applied to your order?

The appropriate sales taxes will be applied to your order automatically upon checkout. Taxes are based on the Province/Territory where the items are being shipped. Customers outside of Canada are not charged taxes, but are responsible for all duties and taxes that may be charged by your customs office.
